If you are a new customer and wish to book your dog with us, we kindly ask you to visit our shop with your dog. A deposit will be required when booking & you must bring your dog vaccination card / chip number with you.

We only accept CASH payments only at the salon.

Deposit must be paid in advance & will be deducted from your first appointment.
Fully refundable if appointment is cancelled 24hrs before agreed time & date
